Exchange and return policy:
• If the product received does not match the order or is defective:
- The product will be replaced free of charge.
- Or you can get a refund for the product value only, excluding shipping fees.

The product value can only be refunded excluding shipping fees, and the same shipping amount will be deducted for the return, even if shipping was free at the time of ordering.

The product can be exchanged for any other product, and the difference between them is paid or deducted if there is one; and the shipping and return fees are deducted from the amount paid, even if shipping was free at the time of the order, and the shipping fees for the new order are paid.
Products that are custom-made for the customer cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns and exchanges are not possible if more than 3 days have passed since the order was received and no communication was made beforehand regarding a return or exchange.
